About Gemma

Gemma has worked in Higher Education for 18 years including 4 years as Configuration and Release Manager at the University of Portsmouth during their implementation of SITS. Gemma was responsible for managing the deployments into all environments, as well as managing all updates and upgrades across the suite. Gemma has a good understanding of SITS Client, including the management of reference data and configuration items. Gemma is an experienced Systems Analyst and Tester who loves to solve problems, working with both technical and non-technical groups seamlessly.
