We offer a range of services to provide on-going support for your SITS implementation. We can provide additional resilience and capacity to compliment your existing team or we can provide a complete service solution.

SITS hosting and management
We have teamed up with QuickThink Cloud to offer a full hosting and managed service solution.
QuickThink Cloud are a leading hosting and service management company who work with clients from a range of sectors across the UK and beyond. For SITS hosting, they provide a private-cloud platform that is robust, secure and high-performance. We can then provide a fully managed service for your SITS implementation to ensure that your configuration is fully optimised and that any issues are dealt with swiftly and effectively.
We provide a full analysis of your on-premises SITS architecture and conduct a comprehensive cloud-readiness assessment. The process is straightforward and requires little input from yourself or your wider internal teams. We do not charge for this cloud-readiness assessment and report.
We will then create a migration strategy and detailed plan for the build, cutover and test phases; working closely with QuickThink Cloud and your internal teams to ensure that the migration runs to plan and that any issues are swiftly resolved.

System management
We can support your on-premise system through routine service management tasks such as system patches and updates, and through the regular review and management of system configurations. We offer a depth of expertise and experience that ensures these critical tasks are undertaken to the highest standards and that any issues are swiftly resolved.
We can tailor this service to dovetail with your existing technical support services where necessary.
Second or third-line support
We offer an on-going technical support service that draws on our extensive experience to provide second and/or third-line support for your SITS implementation. Second and third-line support covers more technical and complex system issues and this enables your internal team to focus on more routine user queries.
We can tailor this service to dovetail with your internal support arrangements and operate on a model where you only pay only for the time that we spend solving your problems.
