Enrolment and registration
Enrolment and registration are critical stages in the student journey. If done well they provide an efficient and user-friendly experience that ensures the student is on the right pathway and that high-quality data is captured for internal processing and external reporting.
Delivery
We have delivered a wide range of student enrolment and registration tasks for HEIs. This has included pre-enrolment tasks for applicants with accepted offers, in-person enrolment tasks for staff to ensure a consistency of approach during enrolment sessions, and online re-enrolment tasks for continuing students to confirm their information and accept terms and conditions.
Integration
We integrate statutory requirements into enrolment and registration processes to support reporting to organisations like HESA and the UKVI. We can also integrate the enrolment and registration processes with a fees and online payment solution for both self-paying and sponsored students.
Routines

We can define progression and award rules in SITS which align with your institution’s regulations, taking into account any variations and derivations as are often presented by certain course types. We also have experience in building automation routines to manage the outcomes of progression and ensuring students’ records are updated accordingly for continued enrolment.
