Research Degrees Training
The University of Oxford implemented a new Research Degrees Examination Management solution to support the management of postgraduate research examinations. To ensure a successful transition to the new system, Stu3 was engaged to design and deliver a comprehensive training programme that would enable a wide range of users, including administrators, departmental staff, examiners and students, to confidently adopt the new functionality and associated business processes. Through a structured training needs analysis and phased delivery approach, Stu3 developed tailored training materials, user guides, videos and support resources to guide users through the new system. The programme ensured users were prepared ahead of go-live, reduced the volume of support queries after launch, and provided a sustainable framework for maintaining training materials as the system continues to evolve.
